The Senior Vice President of Worldwide Health and Safety requested that I brand and launch a video series highlighting situations in which safety challenges were resolved in responsible ways in regards to money, time, and the health of Guests and Cast Members. The "Practical and Ingenious Solutions" video series was born.

These videos later served as the first pillar in an executive Town Hall presentation (themed after the new Disney+ streaming service) for every leader in the organization.
Safety Focus of the Week: A weekly publication posted across multiple vehicles in 3 languages in order to reach up to 120,000 Cast Members worldwide
